Try out your meditation cushion in the following seated posture to find a comfortable seat.
Siddhasana
On the edge, spine upright, legs crossed closer to the torso. (Siddhasana). Allowing the hips to pivot forwards, which helps to reduce rounding and stiffness in the lower back.
Sukhasana
Sitting on the middle with the legs crossed (Sukhasana). Cushion elevates the hips, reducing pressure in the knees and lower back.
On a Chair
Try placing the cushion on a chair, knees above ankles. For meditation or daily use. Improving posture and comfort.
