I weave anatomy, philosophy and patterns of movement into my yoga classes. I aim to help my students learn more about the practice and it’s roots. To bring awareness to their bodies, how they moves and how the mind reacts. Practice is about bringing the teachings, breath, body and mind into balance.

A mixed level class with lots of options to challenge your body and mind. Open to all levels, props welcome.

Zen Yoga

A nourishing yoga practice for the mind body and soul bringing awareness to alignment and playful transitions, as the class builds in strength and pace. Then softening back down to the earth for relaxation.

Open to all levels. Bring your yoga mat! £12

Summer Twist + Flow

20 Mins to get your energy moving, vinyasas flowing and some twists to challenge the core and balance.

Open level. No Props needed, start standing and end with a short relaxation.

Flow to start the day, end the day or as a time out energy boost!

Wake Up Call

16 Minute Yoga class building up from the mat to seated. Waking up the core and glutes and stretching out the legs and sides of the waist.

Perfect for a morning wake up of as a stabilising prep for meditation.

45 Minute Water Flow Yoga Class

Open level Hatha Yoga class inspired by the movement of waves felt through the body and breath, leaving a sense of ease in the mind. Working from the mat up into standing poses and softening into a relaxation to finish.

Open level, no equipment needed.
