It all started after a cycling injury in central London. Initially, I started practicing just for rehabilitation, but the strength and confidence I found through yoga kept me coming back. Within no time it became an essential part of my life.
My teaching style draws from many places. I grew up by the sea and feel very connected to it, so the yoga movement patterns made instant sense to me. I feel I have tapped into something I am fundamentally in tune with. Yoga is a foundation for self healing, and for a sense of freedom in flow.
I trained at Triyoga on the Teacher Training program. I am accredited by BWY. I am thankful to the great teachers that guided me. I still work closely with them in my practice and learning. I also assist on a current teacher training with one of my teachers.
In the yoga world the learning never ends - we learn from our teachers and their teachers before them reaching back through time, through generations. The circle gets larger the more that we learn and grow. Taking elements of learning from each teacher and feeding it back into the community.
